Impressions

Nestled in the heart of Cusco, the hotel I had the pleasure of staying in became a cozy haven for my friends and me during our exhilarating journey through Peru. The moment we arrived, the vibrant energy of the hotel enveloped us, reflecting the lively spirit of the city itself. With its charming blend of traditional Andean architecture and modern amenities, the backdrop of beautifully crafted stone walls adorned with lush greenery turned out to be the perfect setting for our adventures. Our spacious room, adorned with local textiles, offered a comfortable retreat after long days of exploration, filled with laughter and unforgettable memories.

One of the highlights of our stay was the inviting rooftop terrace, where we often gathered in the evenings to unwind with a stunning view of the city sprawled below and the majestic Andes cradling the horizon. The soft glow of lanterns illuminated our laughter as we exchanged stories from our day’s escapades—be it the thrill of hiking to Machu Picchu or the excitement of wandering through the maze-like alleys filled with colorful markets. It was on that terrace where we forged deeper connections, indulged in refreshing cocktails, and reveled in Cusco’s magical sunsets, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink that seemed to echo our own exuberance.

Moreover, the hotel’s staff truly made our experience exceptional. They greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, offering personalized recommendations for local attractions, eateries, and hidden gems off the beaten path. Every morning, we relished a hearty breakfast enriched with local flavors, providing the perfect fuel for our daily adventures. On one occasion, they even organized a group tour to a nearby archaeological site that allowed us to bond with other travelers, further expanding our circle of friendships. As much as we were drawn to exploring the wonders of Cusco, I can confidently say that the moments shared back at the hotel—a true home away from home—held a special place in our hearts, making every step of our journey significantly more memorable.
