We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short 5-minute walk to the train station and right next to the bus station for easy transportation to Machu Picchu. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms that had amazing views of the river and mountains. The staff provided outstanding service, with Santiago and Kris being super friendly and helpful. They even waited for us at the train station and took us to buy bus tickets. The breakfast was delicious and served at any time we wanted, with the option to pack a sandwich to go if we were in a hurry. the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel was very clean with spotless rooms. We had a room with a beautiful view of the river and mountains. The staff provided outstanding service, including picking us up from the train station and helping us buy bus tickets. They spoke English well and were always willing to help. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and very close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. The hot breakfast served daily was delicious, and they even packed us a sandwich and fruits when we didn't have time to eat.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even meeting us at the train station. The room was clean and had a functional TV. They provided a small to-go breakfast for our early start to Machu Picchu. The hotel's location was very central and close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu, right beside the river.

The location was perfect, right next to the bus stop for Machu Picchu and close to the train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including freshly made omelets, fruits, cereals, and freshly made juices. The staff even offered to store our luggage while we were exploring Machu Picchu. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
