I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were delightful and flexible, and the food was great. The location of the hotel was central to both the train station and the bus to Machu Picchu. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast provided, which started from 5am, perfect for early morning trips to Machu Picchu. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable.
For us, it was ideal.

The jungle surrounding the lodge is stunning! We were upgraded to a bigger room with a fireplace and terrace, which we both used and adored. The restaurant and bar at the hotel are equally good, and the staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a thick jungle, reachable only by train, with all the complications that may cause. The room rate includes breakfast and dinner, and they also collect or escort you to the train with all your luggage. Highly recommended!
Nothing, it is perfect.
