We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds with plenty of blankets. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even storing our luggage during our trek. The location was perfect, being close to the central plaza and some great restaurants. Breakfast was good and the staff was flexible with the timing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained facilities. The location was perfect, tucked away down a quiet alleyway but still close to a great coffee shop and just a short walk to the central plaza. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cusco. The staff, especially Eduardo and Gimena, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even allowed us to store our luggage and take a shower after check-out before our overnight bus. The newly-renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, with a hot shower available at all times. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main square, and there are some great restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, bread, ham, cheese, avocado. we highly recommend staying here for a wonderful experience.
